Been awhile...now Im back for some advice

Thank you all!! I've already decided to keep track of my calories and foods to see what's hurting me.and I'm seeing the doc on the 27 th. I knew I just needed to have some support from all of you to get me back in the game. God bless all my OH friends! ♥♥♥

You didn't mention exercise and you need to do something, walking or jazzer-size, swim, etc, your choice, to burn calories.  It helps with you Blood glucose, muscle tone, and energy.
