updated pics 3 1/2 months out
So, I did some updated pictures today. I am about 3 1/2 months post op. Had EGD with dilation twice, plus an ulcer. But things seem to be settling down now and the challenges are there every day to eat healthfully and make good choices.
Anyways, here are the newest pics and a before one to compare. I am not sure my ticker is working any more, but I am down 88 lbs overall and 56 since surgery.
Highest Weight 304, Feb 2013. Met with nutritionist in March 2013 and started diet. Surgery Weight 272 on 10/11/13. Current weight 231.

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
