While on liquids I did easy stuff for kids. I cook most food for me and kids. Stuffed peppers, mine made with out rice. Asian chicken again I don't want the rice. Hamburgers on the grill and I skip the bun. Crock pot chicken with salsa and then tacos for the kids. Baked pork chops. I just limit my sides and eat the protein first.
