If your up to try something new and good google califlower rice...good in a low carb version of fried rice, and google cauliflower mac and cheese! There both good and easy to freeze and if had to warm up for your self

I bought some cream of chiken soup today and strained the little bits of chicken out and added pepper.  Boy was it good.

While on liquids I did easy stuff for kids.  I cook most food for me and kids.  Stuffed peppers,  mine made with out rice.  Asian chicken again I don't want the rice.  Hamburgers on the grill and I skip the bun.  Crock pot chicken with salsa and then tacos for the kids.   Baked pork chops.  I just limit my sides and eat the protein first.
