Tired of protein shakes

Get a box of sugar free pudding mix.  Put the pudding mix in a bowl with a scoop or two of protein powder (you can use chocolate pudding and chocolate protein powder, or vanilla protein and vanilla pudding, or you can use different flavors, like chocolate pudding and cappuccino protein powder to make mocha pudding), add milk and mix as directed on the pudding package.

Thank you!  I tried the coffee this morning. It was better than a shake! I will try the pudding soon.

I don't drink coffee, so is it alright to use sf cocoa and do I use milk or water ?

Sure you can use cocoa.  Use water or milk, whichever you prefer.  If you want extra protein, use milk.  If you want to keep calories low, use water.

If I made one box of pudding and used 1 scoop of my protein powder that has 30 g of protein how do I know how much protein is in 2 oz because that is the amount of food I eat now?

You have to do the math.  How many ounces of pudding does one box make?  Two cups?  16 ounces?  So if there is 30 grams protein in 16 ounces, 30 divided by 16 is 1.875, so there is almost two grams of protein per ounce.  So two ounces would be roughly four grams of protein.

I couldn't stand any of the thicker protein shakes or powders so during that stage I lived on IsoPure Zero Carb protein drinks in Grape and Apple Melon. I don't use any protein shakes or powders now.

Protein drinks taste so much better if you mix them the night before or at least 12 hours befire you drink them.  It softens the powder and they go down easier.

I mix my protein shakes less so they are protein drinks (less thick) and much easier to get down. The volume of air in shakes gets tiresome.  I use milk for extra protein, so don't know how this would work with water based drinks.
