Stall after stall after stall What the heck ????
Yes, just hang out. It will pick up again for a while, then I'll go back to have stalls for a few weeks, then it speeds up for a couple of weeks, repeat. :) It's frustrating but all you can do is keep the focus on following your plan and not base your feeling of success on how fast the scale moves. Just remember the scale is not a reliable indicator of your effort! :)

Sounds like you are losing weight normally. We never lose weight every week...it's more like a "stair step"... just the way you described it. A week without losing weight is NOT a stall. If you go a month or more with zero weight lost...that is a stall. Your body has to "play catch up" to the weight loss. Keep following your program, exercise... and stay off the scale for awhile. You WILL lose weight.
Stalls - sounds like something you do to disobedient animals! They are depressing.
My husband & I now calls them "Body Adjustment Cycles". My first stall was 3 weeks post op & lasted 2+ weeks. But I think I lost 4 inches on my butt & waist, 8 over all inches. Staying on program gets hard when I get so frustrated.
After a 10 day stall I got so fed up I ate a piece of pizza. Not Good!
I struggle daily with getting enough water.
