We are "surgery sisters"!

WOW, Liz!  Please tell me some of what you lost was pre-op?!?!  Otherwise you are seriously wasting away!  I love to see other people's diets for just this reason.  You have the same calories I have, but much more protein.  I have to start increasing my protein.  Congrats on your awesomeness so far.

Hey Ceithlenn!!  You all are putting me to shame with your protein numbers!  I have to get on board.  I think I have to incorporate a shake into each day, since it's 160 calories for 30 g of protein and no food source for me really gets that close.  Or I need to make sure each meal is 30 g of protein, whereas mine tend to be about 20.  I would like to be at 80+ g of protein, and seeing what you all are eating helps me figure out how to do that.  Thanks for sharing!  Your egg muffin bites are healthier than mine.  Mine just taste so much better to me when they include BACON!  lol

Bacon and me dont get along since surgery, not that I am upset about that. I tried turkey bacon and still had a hard time with that, it is honestly one of the only meats I have a real issue with.

The shake is so important to me cause I have a hard time getting that much protein in a meal, dinner tonight was an exception but I didnt like the veggies we were having so I ate more meat.
