Proud girl here!
I would just like to say that i`ve lost 100lbs. My 1 yr anniversary for RNY will be March 18. I have to say how good I feel! I have energy, can play with my boys, it`s become easier to pick out clothes, and I feel good going out anywhere. So YES I am proud of myself. But my main reason for posting is to tell everyone to BE PROUD OF YOURSELF! Doesn`t matter how much you`ve lost yet, or gained. You are trying your best to achieve a personal goal. You are there or getting there. Be proud! And for some of you that haven`t had surgery yet, don`t worry-people on here usually post about questions or troubles, but the amount of success stories outweighs the troubles!! Follow the rules your surgeon gives you & if there`s any problems or questions, call their office! They are happy to help.
I think about my surgery & all I have had to do to get to where I am now and I would do it all again in a heart beat! I`m so happy and grateful.
So be proud all the way through your journey, slowly you can do it!! Never look back and BE PROUD

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
