Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
Awesome!! I want to take my 4 year skating...she is so excited and I am so scared! Haven't skated in at least 20 years!!

The race isn't given to the swift nor the strong, but it's given to the ones who endure it to the end...
I went for the first time this winter too! Two of the most helpful pieces of advice I got were:
- If you're going to fall, bend your knees and just go with it. If you fight until the end your feet are will fly out from underneath you and you'll crash hard.
- When you fall, keep your hands closed into a fist. You don't want to lose a finger to a passing skater.
