Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!

Hi Pet Hair Magnet!  Happy belated birthday!!!  It sounds like you had a good day!  I know what you mean - going out for a latte is such a nice and relaxing treat.  12 calories...do you use unsweetened almond milk??  Thanks also for commenting on my menu and topics.  I have heard about Miralax but I for some reason don't want to stir something gritty into my drinks...I figured one Seno pill works :)  For now at least.  I am so depressed that you were at 350 calories two months out.  I just can't do that, especially to make my protein numbers.  Well maybe if I had 3 protein shakes a day.  But I so like having dense protein.  At least I have managed to avoid the carbs.  Good for you that nine months out you are at 700 calories.  I will try to stay around this level as long as I can.

I had not thought about grilling a piece of Munster (one of my favorite cheeses) with a piece of turkey and making a crispy crust.  YUM!  Yet another awesome idea from this thread!

I never measure my food by cup.  I weigh it on a scale.  It's hard to fit strips of chicken in a 1/4 cup measuring spoon I guess lol.  I love that you make your own "deli" turkey.  I cook for one, and work a lot of hours during the week, and so I need more convenience than that :(  I do buy organiic, cage free eggs/meat ALWAYS - I do have some empathy :)  Again, happy b-day!!!

Hey DCgirl,

My doc was the same way telling me to up my calories at the same time which I was scared to do but when I stall I do increase for a while cause it sometimes will get things moving again. I however am in a almost month long stall and getting frustrated.

B- Haelnut chocolate coffee protein shake- 280- 31 protein

L- ground turkey with ff refried bean and tomato and onion - 216- 21 protein

S- cheese stick - 80 calories - 6 protein

D- Salmon with homemade spicey asian sauce( crushed pepper, vinegar, soy sauce, truvia) its a bit thin without real sugar but tastes just as good - 161 - 23 protein

S- cheese stick - 80 calories - 6 protein

Totals  87 grams of protein with 817 calories

Water 72 oz, Tea 16 oz

Vitamins on track

E_ Today was a good day did 15 min warm up jog 1.25 miles and then an hour of personal training (core and leg focus today)

Hi Ceithlenn - I am so sorry - a month long stall would drive me CRAZY!  Especially since you are obviously doing what you are supposed to!  You have awesome protein numbers and really reasonable calories.  I bet you will drop like 5 lbs in a week coming up soon!
