I've noticed that I always start my days off really well, and then come the afternoon while I'm waiting for my husband to get home I end up snacking on not so awesome things. I don't have the snow to blame either since I'm in Hell Paso and it's 73 degrees right now.
Breakfast: 2 slices turkey bacon, yoplait light yogurt, and coffee later on I had coffee at the dog park
Snack: strawberry peanut butter protein shake
Lunch: chicken and Swiss wrap with banana peppers
Snack: chips and salsa :( and a Reese's cup
Dinner: skinny chicken cordon bleu with roasted broccoli
I just did a short 2 mile run this morning, legs hurting a bit and I have to do 4 miles tomorrow
vitamins are on track, after reading about calcium on here I realized I was taking carbonate not citrate, so I switched to citracal petites, prefer pills anyway
Your menu sounds delicious! All looks awesome but that afternoon boredom snack :( I know what you mean - when I am bored I kinda shuffle around. Do you have other snacks that would appeal to you? Like maybe two cheese crisps and a pickle instead of chips and salsa? Or people make all these delicious sounding protein custardy things on here (I don't have that much of a sweet tooth so I haven't tackled any yet) but instead of a Reese's or a girl scout cookie? I just don't have those in my house because I know I cannot control myself! Sad...but true :/
