Chewable multi

I love Centrum Silver and my husband just found a generic brand today at CVS (Spectravite) that is currently on a BOGO sale. The ingredients look identical to me and he says the taste is similar enough. I can swallow pills, but even pre-op never like to so LOVE to have as many of my vitamins in chewable form as possible. The only thing that I am currently taking that I have to swallow is a B complex.

I was told that any mulit-vitamin should have at least 18 nutrients listed.  I take Bariatric Advantage chewables - I buy them online (www.Bariatricadvantage.com)  and use their automatic refill program so they send them to me each month.  I take two of them a day.

I take the BA chewables as well, but I hate the taste.   My NUT says they have a new multi that is far less distasteful. Once I finish off these I'll try it.

I researched and found a great brand with lots of vitamins and minerals and even biotin! it's plant based nutrition, vegetarian so will work for everyone! they aren't gummy, which my dr told me to try and avoid...they are the size of a tums and you chew them like a tums as well. I found them on ebay  two bottles of 180 tablets for $38! so I'm stocked for a few months at least! they are Pioneer brand and gluten free! I chew one twice daily and feel like I'm getting sounds nutrition since I'm only 2 days out and only sipping liquids otherwise. :-) I highly recommend going to check them out! wayyy less expensive than vitamin and health food stores pricing, plus free shipping!

I am taking Celebrate chewable daily multis and calcium. You can order a sample pack to try. I liked their flavor better than bariatric advantage.

Best deal for me is buying Centrum Silver chewables purchased on sale combined with a manufacture coupon.  Like clockwork, $3.00 coupons come out monthly in the Sunday paper coupon fliers.  Walgreens just had them on sale for $6.99 minus $3.00 = $3.99 for a 60 count bottle. I intend to stick with chewables because I consider them the "new candy treat" for the day just like Greek yogurt is the "new ice cream treat."  (clear sign I have issues!)

I am using Celebrate vitamins, calcium 500 and iron supplements.  I actually like the taste.  I have been very happy with them thus far.  If you go to celebratevitamins.com, half way down on the left side they offer a sample pack for $3 and free shipping.  It was pretty packed with flavors and types -- so I could try them before I ordered.  Now I order in the 90 day supply.  It wasn't too bad -- 90 days of all three ran $102 (with free shipping since it was over $100) -- so about 31 dollars a month for all three supplements.
