What's on the menu today, RNYers?
Cold day here in Illinois but did not get all the snow that was expected. B 1/2c steel cut oats and 1/2 banana and peanut butter L 1 scrambled egg,11/2 pieces bacon and 1/8c hash browns S whole grain crackers with peanut butter D 1c ham and beans S 3/4 c Greek yogurt with nuts fluids already have 64 ounces. E 200 crunches,20 minutes stationary bike and 30 minutes treadmill

Breakfast Chike protein shake, 2 slices turkey bacon
Lunch- Italian Turkey Sausage, onions/peppers/tomatoes shredded cheese
Dinner- snow crab legs, petite brussel sprouts
Snacks- colby/jack cheese stick
around 800 cals 76 grms protein
B: Protein shake (SF Syprup. Silk Lite Soy). and coffee
L: Turkey burger, 1/2 slice provolone, 1/4 cup pizza sauce, sliced onion
D: 4 oz skinless, chicken breast, spinach
S: Turkey jerky, and 1/2 Quest bar (trying to increase my protein - bought Quest bars from GNC and guess what? Hate them! Everyone seems to love 'em, and I can't stomach them ? ? Only me!
W: Right on track
E: Did 30 minutes on bike, 15 minutes on weights and swim
V: All good

I haven't decided. A friend gave me several baked potatoes with different toppings I am going to serve the family. It is a easy dinner that I don't have to cook, but I am not sure what I am going to have. Maybe some more chili. I was planning on red beans and rice for mardi gras.
Snack: hard boiled egg. I just picked up some farm fresh eggs. Maybe it is my imagination, but they taste so much better.
Exercise: 1 hr run with 30 minutes intervals and 30 minutes hill training
1 hr weights
Be safe with all the snow. We used to live in No VA. I am missing the winter weather and am a little jealous.
Hello all. Our weather isn't horrible but still looking forward to spring! I met with my trainer, got my butt kicked and at the end asked me if I would do his class the next morning whi*****ludes TRX and set up to meet again today. I am so sore! I went from no gym time to 5 days last week and 3 of which were arm days! Yesterday I could bearly lift up my kid lol. But I feel great and ready to get back into it today. Tomorrow I'm going to start the c25k. I need to lose some weight and build up strenth because we are going to disneyland in May (my birthday too!) for 24 hours straight! I just need to stop eating the calories I burned at the gym....
my eats for today:
breakfast: scrambled egg with a bit of cheese, sasuage, and cinnamon toast, coffee and creamer
l: turkey chili with some cheese, sour cream, and crackers. And a salad
d: no idea
s: protein shake maybe I'm going to add peanut butter, Greek yogurt
v: all but iron
w: working on it

No snow in this part of California, but had a hella lotta rain!

L: 2 egg omelet (egg beaters,cheese, spinach, tomatoes), 1/4 c black beans & queso fresco (not sure if I'll actually eat the beans and queso fresco)

V: are on track, doing good with liquids today, bad day yesterday with that! E: dunno, got to get my butt moving I know, but still having hard time with thigh.
