That's true.  I saw somewhere that you could blend applesauce in the cottage cheese?  Do you blend anything in your cottage cheese?

I'm not at that point in my diet yet, so no cottage cheese at all for me.  (And I've never liked it either, heh.)  But I'll be trying it when I get to that diet stage to see if I'll like it now!

I like to put pepper on my cottage cheese;  another taste treat is to use ricotta cheese, put spaghetti sauce on the top an heat it up.

Would have never thought about the ricotta and spaghetti sauce.  I'll have to try it when I get to that stage.  Thank you!

I love the FAGE 0% Greek yogurt, 19 grams of protein, in 6 ozs.  I add no sugar jam for flavor.  You can also add some no sugar jello powder or unjury chocolate for a pudding taste.

okay.  I'll look for that one.  19 grams is a lot of protein based on what I saw at the store yesterday.

I can't stand the stuff with fruit added to it - so I get plain, FF greek yogurt, and a few Splenda and a couple drops of vanilla.  Mmmmmm...

Dannon lite and fit 2x protein has 80 calories, 12 protein and 9 sugar.  I get the vanilla or cherry.  Very very good i think

For the soup you can throw any soup in a blender. If you want high protein yogurt go for Greek yogurt. I like Chobani. How long are you on liquids after surgery? My Dr did not require an all liquid diet at any time. He said to chew thoroughly and eat slow. Slow enough to see how you feel after each bite goes down.

Good luck. We all figure out our own unique ways to get what we need. Oh yea.. Check out Isopure at GNC

Off the top of my head I want to say full liquid diet for two weeks but I would have to go back and look at my paperwork to confirm that.  It may only be a week.
