I truly appreciate the step by step instructions - exactly what I needed!
My Pizza fix consists of 1/4 cup spaghetti sauce - 1/4 cup mozzarella low fat cheese, sometimes diced pepperoni. Microwave for a couple minutes and it satisfies every time.
When I want nacho's I make myself 5 chips with the meat and cheese and end up giving my husband one.
Today's carb splurge is making me tired! I hate that so NOT worth it - but yes sweet of my DH to try and do something special.
Well is that even the same person top left and top right??? OMG you are half the person you used to be! Great job, seriously, people must not recognize you. What an amazing accomplishment. Super curious - what size are you in at 182? I find that people's weight does not always correlate to sizes...like, I am 247 and in an 18 but I wonder what size I might be at 182?

Clothing sizes - A lot of what I wear right now I get from thrift shops, hand me downs . . . so this morning I wore a size 16 for the first time. I've been wearing 18 and they are getting too loose. I wore my UK 18 last week and felt FABULOUS - I love the UK fashions!
I will not buy clothes until Sept. at the earliest - I would like to wait until I hit 18 months out! Everything new is gym clothes which is a large!
