Now that the weight is coming off my pcos is becoming less and less of a problem.

I don't want to go back on any type of hormones.   But getting pregnant is not in the cards...

So my question is for those of you that have/had PCOS what is your go to non hormonal birthcontrol?

There is the Paragard IUD that is made of copper and good for 10 years. There are no hormones in this as opposed to the Mirena IUD. Otherwise there are very low hormone birth control pills. Hope that helps!  :)

If you're not planning on kids ever, tubal ligation or essure are options to consider.  (I love my tubal.)

I had a tubal ligation done at the age of 23. But even now we use condoms. But here is a link to page talking about the different non hormonal birth control.
