It Works!

Hi Everyone! Yesterday I was in an art gallery and while enjoying one the the paintings I saw a person to my left. I turned to look at this person and it was a reflection of me in a mirror. I ended up staring at my reflection for quite a while because I could not believe it was me. I didn't recognize myself. I am still in awe that this process works if you work it. I have quite a way to go till I get to goal but I am just so elated. 

Thank you to all of the OH people. You have given me so much whether you know it or not.

What a great feeling. I am almost 2 years out and have been at the same weight for about a year. I still look at my pants some days and wonder if they will fit. Guess what--they always do!!
