Bad cramps !! :(
Some people have regrown gall bladders. Others have gotten bile stones stuck in their pancreatic ducts and liver. I am concerned about the shoulder pain since issues in that area often cause pain to the shoulders... and I think you should see someone.

Are you eating sugar free items that end with -ol (like sorbitol)? That killed me the first week...once I quit eating foods with sorbitol my tummy was sooo thankful.

Well my friends thanks to this forum. :) I think I have found the culprit. I stopped the premier shakes it had milk protein in it. Diarrhea went away and cramps faded slowly. So yesterday I was not thinking right. I said well I'm gonna change up something that I eat today so I ate some potatoe soup. I did not think about the milk in it. Well I was up all night with diarrhea and it's like clabbard on my stomach . Soooo I'm guessing that's what it is . (Milk). ? I'm have been getting more fluids in. :) I have lost 19 lbs 3 wks out
