9/15/2014 will be my 5 year anniversary ;) since my surgery I have put on 50 pounds..
Well you still look good now. You are probably never going to get back to 114. That is a very low weight to maintain and would require you to be on about 1,100 calories a day. I would suggest setting a new goal of 130. That will be a normal BMI and allow you to eat about 1400 calories a day after the weight loss and for maintenance.
You will not be able to eat anything that you want. You will need to finally learn how to eat the best way for weight loss surgery patients. That will mean dense protein first, then low carb vegetables. No rice, crackers, candy, sweets, potatoes, flour, sugar, bread, pasta or noodles. Little or no fruit. No drinking with meals or for 30 minutes after. Do not drink protein shakes, you need solid food to keep from being hungry.
Track your food and exercise. Make sure you have a good scale and weigh often, I suggest daily. Give yourself a weekly goal of losing one pound a week. Get the calendar and mark each week and the weight you should be. Stick to your plan and get to your goal.
You still have your surgical tool and that makes it so much easier than it is for those who never have surgery.
By next Spring you can be at 130 and have the knowledge to stay there.

Real life begins where your comfort zone ends
