**1 Year Anniversary with pics**

Well it's been a long time since I've been on this site but I figured it was time to provide an update. Sept 9th was my year anniversary. I have lost a total of 145lbs (in the year) and 66% of my excess body weight, went from a 56.6 BMI to a 32.9 BMI and feel amazing. This has been one of the best decisions of my life. 

You look amazing :) and so happy...im 2 weeks away from my surgery and so excited. ..im starting at the same weight as you were...i hope i can be as successful as you:) very motivational
