I am six weeks out.  I usually get 800-900 calories in.  I am excercising quite a bit, but I am burning a lot more calories than I am taking in.  Thus seems to be making me so tired.  Any advice?

I definitely found that once I upped my exercise I was more tired. How are your 800-900 calories distributed? Three meals? Any snacks?

Until about 5 months I was eating in that range, but I had three meals and a snack about 30-45 minutes before my work out, this helped me not feel shaky during the workout.

You might also want to discuss your iron intake with your surgeon/clinic. At one point I got extremely tired for an extended period and after adding an extra iron supplement felt much better - but always talk to your doc before adding anything new like that!

I am eating three meals a day and two snacks.  I get 90-100 g of protein.  My protein shake is loaded, and a major part of my calories.  I drink half in the morning and Hal in the afternoon. I am taking all my vitamins and drinking about 75 oz. a day.  I don't get tired during my workout, or even shaky, but I am just exhausted the next day!
