If some of us could control our eating we would not need WLS...

I guess if I could have controlled my eating before surgery then I would have never gotten up to 322 pounds.Thank goodness for the surgery and my therapist.

I think the cheese cakes sound really good.I just know that there are trigger foods that I try not to have in the house.

They are 100 calories and have 5 grams of protein. That's the same as a light Greek yogurt, but I enjoy eating these a heck of a lot more. I didn't gain when I took the time to cook things like this. I gained when I said screw it and started eating real sugar cookies, cheesecakes, ice cream, pasta and so on. So for me - this is a win. It's low carb and has no real sugar in it, so it doesn't trigger my sugar cravings.

These look absolutely delicious, but there's no way I could just eat one.

I eat Dannon Light & Fit Greek yogurt, and it's 80 calories with 12 grams of protein.

Not good for me. I'd be way too tempted to eat more than one.

You could add an almond meal crust for even a little more protein.  I'd have to keep them frozen to keep from eating them all at once, but those look awesome.

They look delicious but I know they could not be in my house. Desserts were why I ended up needing surgery and I can't do them even ones using stevia. Too much of a trigger for me. I even stay away from protein bars!

Lol!!  I can relate. I had to give up my berry flavored calcium chews!!  I mean, seriously --- I was starting to obsess about them.  How f'd up is that??  There's no way I could have these adorably decadent little cheesecake temptresses in my house!!
