Thank you!!!  I know, I am surprised almost every day.  Mostly in how fit and active I feel.  I just wish everyone could feel this way...

Thank you for openly sharing your "journey," the ups and downs with us here at OH. You have been an amazing and incredibly important support person for me personally and I know that others feel the same way.

Did you ever think you could be that small,Em!? Some days I look at myself in the mirror and think it must all be a dream. Congratulations!! You have worked so hard and it sure shows!

Hi Karen - I know!  I mean I won't be 120 lbs like you but I feel pretty damn small at 168 believe it or not :)  And I am continuing to lose which is exciting!  Thanks for the kudos :)
