Working out question
So...do we have to do anything special in regards to eating when we work out at the gym so we don't get light headed or anything like that? I thought I read something somewhere about having to eat right before or something to do with calories, etc... I am 5 1/2 months out and eat about 6-700 call per day
If I'm going to have a particularly long work out, I plan ahead and have my breakfast protein shake before I work out, and then my normal lunch afterward. But, otherwise, I haven't needed any additional nutrition. And I work out a LOT.

As I began working out harder, I found that I was either light headed during the workout or ravenous that day. So, I started having a snack (or meal depending on when I'm headed to the gym) before my workout and that's helped for sure. I usually have my snack about 30 minutes before I leave the for gym, that way my pouch is settled and I'll be able to drink during my workout. Half a banana is a great choice, or I often have nuts and cheese.
Good luck!
