An Exercise First

I had another positive first today.  When I looked at my exercise on my fitbit app tonight, I saw green for the first time.  For the first time since I got my fitbit, I exercised "intensely".  I have never been able to work hard enough to get to intense before.  I didn't even feel like I was going to die while I was doing it.  I know I sound like a broken record, but I really feel like this surgery has saved my life.  I am so thankful that things have worked out the way that they have.

Congrats!  I really want a fitbit or something similar.  My birthday is in a few days and its the only thing I told my husband I want so hopefully I will get it.

Broken record?  Do you think we could tire reading about your victories?  Not a chance.

Thank you!  It is so nice to have a place where I can talk about things and people understand what I am feeling.

Excellent! I have heard about the Fitbit and that they can be motivating. I will have to research more about them.

Thanks so much!  I can't wait to challenge myself . . . my friends did a color run this year and I really wanted to do it with them, but I knew there was no way.  I promised myself that next year I would do it with them.  I am starting to believe I actually will be able to do it!

You will be able to do anything you set your mind to do. I used to be out of breath going down my basement steps and this year I did 4 5ks! My goal is to do even more in 2015!
