What's on your menu Wednesday, RNYers?
Thanks! Yes do that often. Yesterday i was finishing up the end of the original pepperoni in the house but normally i go for turkey pepporoni, i dont mind it at all....i actually prefer it now that ive gotten used to it and its better for you. But even the original isnt terrible for you.

Daisy! When I see your menu I seriously wish I could make myself eat tuna. I feel like that must set you up so well for a good day! I know you really work at your protein and carbs and they rock my world - go you!

Hi Anny! That is a great goal. I do twice a week with my trainer, and then I feel like I am actually sleeping in the other days :) I do Tues/Thurs so Mondays aren't too rough.
Here's my food. These damn cheezits need to go! I am putting them away today!

Definitely Monday will NOT be an early morning workout day for me either. I like classes too much to commit to too many morning work outs though. All the morning classes at my gym are either too early for me (5:15am) or too late (8:30am) - there's just no way I'm dragging myself to a 5:15 class when I live 3 minutes from work and don't need one that early. I need like a 7am class, damnit! So I'll stick to two mornings of cardio and evening classes!
I finally tried the Skinny Vanilla Latte - so. freaking. good.

Hi Everybody, it is another dreary day in MI. Cold and no sun. Glad everyone is doing so well. Congrat's Anny for getting up to go to the gym, impressive. I am not a morning person unless I am on vacation or have something fun planned. I have been really busy the last few days and haven't posted here but have continued to use MFP and have done ok.
I got a fitbit and after I figured out how to use it "sort of" (that took a lot of time trying to sinc it with MFP and my computer. Well I couldn't get my computer sinced but I did get it sync to my Kindle ???) Oh how I wish I was more computer savy. The funny part is I don't know how I got it sinc to the Kindle/MFP, but it is so I'll take it. The good part is that I got in my 10,000 steps plus more (11,803 steps). I think the 1 1/2 hours of biking did it.) So the fitbit will help keep me on track.
I also got most of my shopping done for Christmas and presents wrapped except for the HSN stuff coming in the mail. Some of my family drink wine and I bought a couple of them a Wolfgang Puck battery operated wine opener and a cap that keeps it fresh.
I have been doing good on my eating, onto the menu:
B smoky links and pancake bites (3 mini)
L ocean perch and either asparagus (my favorite) or mashed potatoes
D salmon and a side dish vegetable
S cheese stick or two, maybe a sf pudding
Totals Cal 686, Carb 54, Fat 18, Protein 57 will have to add some protein but I do have the calories to do it.
V/W started
E started will do 1 1/2 hours on the bike part in a.m. and p.m.
Going to church tonight to do craft projects for Christmas with my sister and niece. That ought to be fun, i am so not crafty like that. But it will probably be a laugh a minute and it gets me out around people.
Have a great day
YA! Welcome to the world of FitBit obsession! I check my steps constantly!

I've not given into the Fitbit craze yet. I'd probably be surprised how many steps I take in my 4 miles of walking a day. I looked at some of the ones on wristbands at Office Depot the other day,but they were so ugly. Says the woman who three years lived in sweats and t-shirts! My hubby thinks I was abducted by aliens be cause now I only swear workout clothes to work out and wear earrings and jewelry everyday now. I guess when you feel good you like to look nice too!
