One more day!!!
Right there with ya doll !!! I'm sitting here having my last cup of black coffee for months ...maybe ever ! ( I'm not worried about it it's just weird ) ......and getting ready for my last day at work for 6 weeks :)) But terribly nervous and excited . I have to be there by 6 am tomorrow which mean we need to leave at around 4.30 , so I'm all worried we sleep in !!!

P.s ....bowel prep ? I didn't have to to do anything like that , just wondering what it is ? were you on optifast for a week or more ?

No bowel prep? You lucky duck! I have to drink this stuff that will make me run to the bathroom every few minutes until there is nothing left LOL. My Dr doesn't to optimist... I've just been on 3 shakes a day.
