3.5 months and new back pain..??

Hi looking to see if anyone had this a few months after surgery....the bottom of my ribs straight across my back is so sore now. I haven't done anything to hurt it...but it is tortuous. I can't sit or stand any amount of time...if I am in a chair I have to move frequently to relieve the pain....is this temporary? I have lost 9 inches off my chest...and down 77 lbs could my body be going through a readjustment phase?

It could a GB issue, or kidneys stones, or.... Just your body changing. I needed chiropractor adjustment every few weeks... Good luck..
