Have you just stopped to think that you exercised for SEVEN HOURS???  That is effing insane!  I am so proud of you!  You look like a triathlete.  What an inspiration!

The scary thing is that I did think of that!  My friend did the race with me (although she finished in 8hrs 37 min) and her Garmin said she burned almost 6000 calories!!!  It blew my mind!
