Me too but they start dissolving on my tongue real quick and they make me gag. How many do you take?

I just take one every morning (my doc said absorption is minimal after 25mg anyway). I just swallow it along with the rest of my handful of pills and never noticed it dissolving. It's been a major help to the GI issues my previous iron was causing!

FYI: its important to take iron separate from calcium, and calcium containing foods (dairy), because calcium interferes with iron's absorption. vitamin c aids in the absorption of iron, so that's why you will sometimes see formulations of iron with vitamin c included. taking with a vitamin c tablet does the trick too.

Absolutely. The pills I take it with are my Allegra, vitamin C, vit D, and birth control. The first calcium dose is 2 hours later.

i was taking 2 sundown perfect naturals plus a vitamin c pill (to help absorption) every evening for months. but it didn't work to increase my numbers so i'm now doing infusions.
