My RNY is scheduled for Tuesday and I am still searching for USP approved vitamins.  Could you please share any USP brands you have found?

I have found that Walmart is the cheapest. I'm not sure if you have a Kroger (or affiliation) where you live, but sometimes they do BOGO free and their is a larger quantity. Before I had my surgery 10 weeks ago, I got all my vitamins and protein powder off eBay. Hope that helps :)

I didn't find any of the ones I need at my Walmart that were USP approved.  Can you tell me the brand names so I can find them online?  I live in the middle of no where so shopping is no easy task.  No Kroger's near here either.

I just started on the patches today. I got a 60 day supply for around $23 with the code obesityhelp. The chewable bariatric ones were not sitting well on my stomach.

Thank you, where did you purchase the patches from?

patchmd.com  use the code obesityhelp and you will get 30% off your entire order.   I have been using the patches, as I am not a great pill taker (I forget way too often) and this became an issue for me, when I developed a vitamin def.  I am back on target using my patches daily and things are going well.

Good luck to you!

Yes, what is this "patch" and how/where can I order it from?

I'm almost 6 weeks post op. Woo Hoo!!!

i was taking Celebrate brand chewable Essential-vitamins (whi*****lude calcium) 4times a day.

After 3-4 weeks, i can no longer stomach them.

From the same company i got their multi-vitamin equivalent (3times a day - better) but it doesn't include calcium which has to be taken 6times a day, and again they aren't sitting well in my stomach.

So I'm not taking what I should be, which of course is really not good. And have absolutely no energy to do anything, which I'm sure lack of vitamins and all is a contributing factor.

Look for bariatric advantage calcium chews. They ate a little pricey,  but the only calcium that I can take regularly.  And they are delicious!

Bariatric Fusion has amazing products. Celebrate taste horrible.

I also love liquid vitamins.
