What's on Your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
ACV- I have days my gut loves it and other that it hates it. now I take 2 sips and wait 5-10 min... If I start cramping - my gut hates it....but - it loves that app if I ate too much for the meal..(too much is relative to day and time of the day) or ate too fast.
but- empty gut - hates the ACV with water.
and after you drink it - rinse your mouth -teeth very well... you don't want the acid on the enamel...

Afternoon menu peeps,
Im not having a good day today. Didnt want to get up. I finally got up to eat breakfast. I told my friend about this store, so were going to check it out. Its called the crap store.
QOTD the beach for sure.
B egg whites ham and cheese omelet and string cheese
L cottage cheese and baby carrots
D spaghetti sauce with hamburger in it topped with parmesan cheese
S greek yogurt, turkey sausage snack sticks, and apple

Hey peeps!! Forgot to post yesterday it was a super busy day. Today has been pretty busy so far too lol. Taking a moment at work to post so I will make this fast.
put in my run this morning I am on week 3 of the couch to 5K program and I run my first 5K this Saturday!
QOTD: I live in the desert right now and I love it here! I would stay here and visit those other places frequently.

I am sooooo late today, but took Jeff for his f/u to the surgeon. He said everything looked great, and that Jeff can resume sports and PE starting Monday. Of course, Jeff was mad that it wasn't today! Haha.
QOTD: somewhere by the ocean, doesn't have to be beach, but I would just love the sound of the waves.
B- irish tea w/creamer, and then fixed kids scrambled eggs. Ran off and forgot to eat myself!
