How many gms of protein do you average per day?  Make sure you are tracking it and writing it down.

When you are over 200, 150 is a good goal, but when you get close, you can adjust.  Just from reading people;s posts, many people had a 10-15 pound gain when they get to 2-3 years out.  Give yourself a little room and even it out.

I would add more vegetables (non starchy) and fruit that is lower in sugar. For me i'm following what some of the veterans on here do which is stay away from the bread, rice, potatoes. Etc. I'm only two months out and have had crackers and toast. They are calorie wasters in my opinion. They were very easy to eat, went down real easy, but didn't fill me in the least.   Good luck.
