I had an appt this morning so im just getting on.
QOTD I brought a fitbit couple weeks ago and i will be getting a flute tomorrow.
B spinach, yellow pepper, ham and cheese omelet and string cheese
L tuna, baby carrots and raisins
D steak and spinach
S Greek yogurt, turkey sausage snack sticks and cutie orange

I played the flute for a minute in middle school...
My daughter is a Junior and has been playing since 5th grade! So beautiful!

I'm late, too much going on work wise with the event planning and such. Personally, I am dealing with some emotional issues that make me want to eat and I know I have to work through them. But, when you have lost your parents back to back due to cancer and now have a sibling going through extensive chemo and radiation for Stage 4 cancer just dx, that is all you really want to do. With that being said, I am holding myself accountable and posting my menu because it DOES help me stay on track!
Breakfast: Egg white muffin and turkey sausage.
Lunch: Left over Chicken Fajitas
Dinner: Stuffed Portobello Chicken Florentine Mushrooms.
Snacks: String cheese and Greek yogurt.
Vitamins: On track.
Water: Working on that, definitely not getting as many fluids period.
Exercise: To combat the need to stress eat, I am extending my exercise time, and doing it twice a day. Early am and evenings.
Total loss of regain so far. 19.5

I think you are doing the right thing by doubling your workout if it helps you and keeps you focused! Just don't beat yourself up if something goes awry... you can always just get back up and continue on!
