What's on your Thursday Menu, RNYers?

Good morning, Pouchies! I bet today is early "Friday" for a bunch of you... Nice! I have to work on Friday, but I get Monday off for Patriots Day/Marathon Monday. And next week is school vacation week. Even though I won't have it off, it will be quiet. I am looking forward to quiet!
Real talk: my 1/2 marathon training is totally on hold and I am sad about it. I have been stretched thin between work and family and I have not been going to the gym like I should. Instead of doing a week's worth of training, then a long run, I am just doing the long runs with no prep. I am worried I am going to hurt myself but I just haven't figured out how to really make the training part of my regular routine. I say this because no matter what, I AM GOING TO THE GYM TONIGHT!
QOTD: What was your favorite Young Adult book? Someone mentioned Little House of the Prairie yesterday, which I LOVED as a kid. I also loved a Wrinkle in Time, which I hear is getting a big Hollywood makeover, soon! I also recently started rereading the Anne of Green Gables series (also getting. makeover and coming to Netflix!).

Update on my Mom, she is doing better, they did a small amount of work in there and got things into better shape. She is feeling better now that the pain is gone, she is going to have to eat a soft food diet for the rest of her life and sleep upright. But at least they can come home and things should be ok, such a relief!
When I was really young I loved the Boxcar Children books, then I went into the Laura Ingalls series, I have always loved to read, I was in 6 grade when I read Gone With the Wind and have read it several times since!
