I agree with Kat. My almost 16 and 14 year old somewhat incontinent puppies deserve to be taken care of and loved by their families. I can't imagine how someone can just discard their family pets like that!

I had court this morning, so once again no pictures from me. I'm down 1.4lbs, so it seems to be working. Here's my plan:

B: Curried chicken salad (edit: I had a craving for bacon, so we ordered from the deli next door)

L: Chicken thigh meat 4.03 oz

D: Tri Tip, I think

S: 4 oz Fairlife milk, roast beef, ham, string cheese

Have a meat-filled day everyone!

Hope everyone has a great Wed!

Where did you find a Tomahawk Ribeye? I have been wanting to get a couple since my husband loves to eat the bone marrow (don't ask), but have not been able to find any in a supermarket.

I see those at a local shop. It is an independent outfit and has all kinds of good stuff.

I fight badgers with spoons.

Dam I'm not a member either, but then again there isn't one on the eastern side of CT that I can find.

There's one right down the road from my house in Orange. Sometimes they will offer a temporary free membership for a day to try it out. Next time they do I will get some of those steaks. I'll meet you halfway in East Lyme!!!
