Today, I hit my personal goal of 140! This morning I was 138 after 9 months and 7 days. I started this journey at 250 and 5'3" at 55 years old. This all seems so surreal. I'm not changing the way I'm eating at this point I'm just going to see where this ride takes me. Thank you so much to all the vets that take so much time and effort to to help us newbies be successful. Your efforts pay off time and time again. I'm so grateful I was in a place in my life that I could listen and heed your wisdom. I'm feeling very grateful today for so many things.
