My dog is really missing our walks. My son takes her but I don't think it's too pleasant for either of them. She's not a destroyer. More of a speed bump.

Hope you and Lily get back to it soon. It's going to be 40 degrees tomorrow. Seattle is the balmy spot!

Good morning, long time no post but I lurk once in a while. 2017 brought with it a lot of changes and with that came weight gain. I really need to reign in my eating. 2018 is my redemption year! It's also my 40th birthday year (and I'll be celebrating ALL year long). So far I plan to participate in the Ragnar Trail relay in Virginia in April, Ironman Wisconsin 70.3 in June, Ironman Wisconsin in September, and hopefuly I can convince my hubbie to let me do Ironman Florida in November. I'm also hoping to go out to Cali for a half marathon sometime this year.

QOTD: Either the cast of Bones or Great British Baking show Season 3.

Time since surgery: 3 1/2 years exactly!

B: Coconut milk latte and homemade egg bites

S: Coffee with premier protein and jerky

L: Salad with chicken

S: string cheese and cashews

D: Taco meat with black beans and cheese

W/V: Started

E: 30 min swim, 45 min bike ride on trainer

Have a great day!

Welcome back, friend!

Your goals for this year are incredible. I am so impressed. I am just working on getting back to a 10,000/day step goal, lol.

YES, I TOTALLY want to be one of the comedians on GBBO who eats the food and makes snarky comments.

Good morning--it's been forever since I posted but I've been reading sporadically. I know I need the accountability piece, so here I am. I've allowed the carb monster to return and never really reached my goal so have to stamp him back out. Also just returned from a cruise where I think I drank more calories than I ate, and am above where I want to be weight wise, so have to crank this back down.

QOTD: Downton Abby or maybe Burn Notice. Fun stuff! I also loved Little House growing up, but unsure I could hack it in those times.

B- irish tea with fairlife milk, siggi's yogurt

L- 4 oz shrimp with pico de gallo, guac

D- 2 meatballs with mozz, 1/2 c Caesar salad

S- babybel cheese, grape tomatoes, pickles, boiled egg

Totals: Cals- 882, protein- 68, carbs-43

Consult Weight:276/Surgery Day Weight: 241.6 /Goal Weight: 150

Yay, I love having all these familiar faces back. Don't be a stranger :)

Downton Abby is a good choice. I think I'd be happy upstairs or downstairs!
