From what you described, it sounds like you are doing great and right on schedule. If it is possible, you might want to try going back to the office some half days at first because you will probably tire quickly at first.

As Liz said, be sure not to test any new foods when you are at work. Just stay well hydrated and be as gentle with yourself as you can.

Regarding working half-days--what a great suggestion! My energy level is depleted pretty quickly. My job is VERY stressful and my workdays usually are 12-14 hours (5 days a week). Thank you for this advice. :)
