I will be 11 years out in a couple of weeks, and for the past several years I have been using the multivitamin patches and my levels have been really good. I do supplement with additional weekly Vit D (one 50000 unit capsule), sublingual B12 (5000 units), and extra iron twice a week (but that has only been added in the last year... my iron levels were fine for many years).

I was having trouble with my calcium levels despite taking 2000mg of calcium citrate daily, which meant taking pills six times a day (4 calcium, one all other vitamins, and one for my prescription meds). I was actually showing bone loss in my hips. Since switching to the multivitamin patch (which only has 1500mg calcium), my calcium levels are higher than when I was taking 2000mg orally.

Just something to consider. If you go to www.patchmd.com before 8/1, they have a JULY40 coupon code for 40% off.
