G'morning all!

It's almost Friday! Last night we went to DS's water polo game against a school that always comes in first in the tournaments. I always get nervous because DS is goalie and I feel the tension bcz I think the responsibility is all his to save his team. We didn't win but we didn't get massacred the way we thought we would. So all in all it was good. And seeing DS with a huge grin after the game relaxed me. He doesn't look at the score but he looks at how he blocked and if he moved the right way. I'm amazed at his way of thinking, if it were me I would be moping. Thank god this team is the only team that scares us, the rest of the schools we play great. But every year we come in second!

QOTD: cardio - I do two days of 50 minutes elliptical and 1 day of Zumba (it's good for my soul). Weights- 3 days for an hr with a trainer. I also do 15 minutes of bike before hand to warm up and a slow 10 min jog afterward to cool down. Total of 6 days.

Accountability : extra yogurt

B: protein coffee

L: chicken fajita

S: Parmesan cheese

D: TBD, protein forward

Happy Thursday, and for those on hurricane path be safe!

He does and I'm amazed with that. Because I'm super competitive while he is the epitome of chill.

Thank you! I do think it helps that I don't run every day.
