I'm so excited for you!! I still feel like being a "normal BMI" is out of my realm of possibilities sometimes...I know It's not really but in my fat-brain it is.

Good morning,

Finally heard from my friend last night. She is still across the state. The VA doctor gave her something different and it caused her to be out of it and confused. Also she couldn't find her charging cord for her phone and she finally found it yesterday.

Qotd I try not to be in maintenance but I feel I put myself there. 1400 -1500 for maintenance but to lose it has to be 1200 or under.

B ham and cheese omelette, string cheese and English muffin

L tuna, cottage cheese and honeycrisp apple

D not sure yet if I'm going to support group

Good Morning! We didn't do anything too exciting this weekend, Em is sick with a nasty cold/cough so we pretty much stayed around the house. We did end up buying a new BBQ griddle cooking station thing for the patio on clearance at Walmart so hubby has a new toy.

Contact wearers: have you ever accidentally put two in one eye?!?!? That was how my Monday started- LOL! I was trying to figure out why my eye was so irritated during my workout and drive to work and discovered that was my issue when I went to the bathroom to rinse the lens. And yes, I did have one in the other eye...don't ask.

QOTD: My planned menu hovers around 1,200 but usually add about 300-400 in additional things throughout the evening so realistically I'd say 1,600-ish as an average.

Time since surgery: 4 years 1 month

B: SF latte, eggbeaters, ½ an orange and 2 turkey sausage links

L: Albacore lettuce wraps and baby carrots

S: Pork rinds, carbmaster cottage cheese, 100 cal pack of plain almonds and iced latte bar.

D:4 oz grilled albacore fillet, edamame, sliced fruit, and 2 squares dark chocolate

ES: Homemade Greek yogurt with SF syrup and ¼ cup fiber cereal

E: An hour stair climber this morning and 40 mins of elliptical at lunch

V/W: On track

Totals: Cals:1228 Protein:136 Carbs:90 Fat:45
