Good morning~ It's Fri-pay here, so yay!! Wrapping up a productive work week and looking forward to a long weekend. Tonight we are going out to eat - the hubs picked Red Robin then to a movie, my pick Bohemian Rhapsody, can't wait!
QOTD - My dad was a Lt. Col in the Marine Corps and served for 26 years. My son is new Marine and has been in for 10 months now. I'm not sure he qualifies as a veteran yet because I don't know how many active duty days he's had due to his injury. I have two brothers are vets - one Army, one Navy. I also have many Aunts, Uncles and cousins that are veterans going back several generations on both sides. To all who have served - Thank you!!! Peach - I felt sheltered for growing up Military - when my dad retired it was a huge adjustment from Military life to civilian. HUGE.

QOTD- I served in the Marine Corps, that training is how I ended up in the Telecom Industry.
Working from home today, so much less stress. My cat had to throw up this morning and of course he did it on the bed. Down comforter is still in the dryer, and duvet in the washer. Good thing I'm at home or it would have been a real disaster.
The scale moved the right direction today, down 2.6 lbs of what I'm assuming is water weight. But still up from my previous weight. Trying to up my water intake and lose the rest. I doubt you can really gain weight on less than 1000 calories a day. My pouch has been grouchy lately so I'm also trying to keep the protein intake up.
