What's on your Tuesday menu RNYers?
Good Morning SS and menuers,
4 days to go... 4 l-o-n-g days with children that are so excited or stressed out they can't remember how to act.
Tonight is our wls support group - hope it's a good one or it may be our last one!
QOTD: Nothing - Santa can't bring what I want. I would like to be at 100 pounds lost but I don't think that is going to happen. I seem to lose and then stay at that weight for a few weeks and then lose again. My one year is 12/26 but I don't think I am going to make 100 pounds lost.
11 months out and 163 pounds today.
M1: PP chocolate shake
M2: overnight oats with a drizzle of local honey
M3; 1 cups of ground turkey breast, Rotel tomatoes, and black beans
M4: protein shake
Going for 100 ounces of water today - all vitamins
You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

You must mean 100 lbs since your surgery weight since it looks like you've already lost 100 lbs since your highest weight (and congratulations, btw!). You can make it (although maybe not by 12/26!). I continued to lose weight the second year. I lost another 50 lbs in year two, as I recall - but yes, it really slows down and becomes a real struggle after the first few months!!
Good morning! This is our last day in Florida until 1/4. I have a few minor cleaning/packing things to do but maybe going to the pool is a possibility? I finished embroidering the pet stockings yesterday (see below). I think Justice is better than Lavender as I made the L too big then had to squish the rest.
QOTD: I already received my Dyson cordless vac and Simple Human trash can, gifts from DH. But I also got new appliances and a new countertop will be installed on 1/9 (in Florida).
Accountability: Mostly on plan yesterday and hopefully today before we go home for Christmas festivities.
2 Years 8 months post-op (maintaining below goal for 2 years)
Always lots of coffee...
B: eggs, cottage cheese and Canadian bacon
L: Shrimp
D: crab cake
S: homemade cottage cheese, maybe some nut thins and hummus

Quick post as I have to start getting hubby up for work in a minute. QOTD nothing that I really want except a new pair of black boots as I wore the soles out on my others--but they were 6 years old. Accountability great yesterday and weight at 126.2 today. Lily and I will walk after work and before supper. Heres the food B 1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 2 slices turkey 1 slice cheese D 4 oz shrimp 1/2 c green beans S sm apple with 1 T peanut butter. Have a great day everyone!
Mornin' All!
another successful eating day yesterday, plus I had a massage for the first time since July, which was GREAT!
Today I'm going to that low-impact Zumba class again and may go to a movie this afternoon. Most of the theaters around here have a $5 Tuesday deal which I really should start taking advantage of, since not all the movies make it to the ($3) second-run place. Plus $5 isn't that much more - and you get the big, cushy reclining seats to boot!
QOTD: a full-length mirror (why I've never had one of those in this house, I'm not sure - although I probably didn't think of it when I was SMO as I wouldn't have wanted to see myself in one). A new bathrobe, maybe (my current one is *enormous*, although I don't wear bathrobes all that often so maybe I don't need one, but now that winter's here, it would be nice...). I'd also like to get the matching low dresser for my new (to me) chest of drawers - but it's vintage so nothing anyone could buy unless they scoured the internet over time.
3.5 months out:
B: homemade coconut Greek yogurt, 1/2 mango
MS: coffee with half & half, protein shake
L: homemade cottage cheese with homemade blackberry/blueberry sauce
AS: crustless protein pumpkin pie (or if I'm battling hunger, a bowl of TJ's High Fiber cereal with unsweetened cashew milk)
D: 3 oz rotisserie chicken and 1 T hummus in 1/2 a pita (with Everything but the Bagel spice) (had this last night - very filling!!)
ex: Zumba for oldsters!
