Did you get any new food-related gadgets for Christmas?

I think I got the same popcorn maker! Is glass with red rubber accents and looks like a teapot. It's definitely portion control. I just have to figure out what to spray on the popcorn so that the flavored salts stick to it!
We really are twins!
I make waffles (regular ones) for Kris and the kids every weekend pretty much. They don't tempt me in the least. Even the entire winter break I made a "big" breakfast every single day for 7 people and stuck with my usual egg/cottage cheese or turkey/cheese. Sweets first thing in the morning aren't my weakness. Now, if there were a pizza on the table...that's a different story haha!
I also got an air fryer but haven't tried it yet. I need to take some time and look for recipes!
I make a lot of protein muffins and I've heard that you can make muffins in the air fryer - so I may have to give that a try to see if they are any better than the oven.

I'm on my second air fryer. Didn't like the first one. It was too small. And difficult to clean because the basket had a mesh bottom which was super difficult to clean. I did learn, however, that you could buy steamer basket parchment paper link which made clean-up a lot easier.
Now I have the large size Air Fryer XL....the one you see ad nauseum on infomercials. Much easier to clean, and big enough to cook a whole chicken.
In my future, I see an Air Fryer Oven (another Eric Theiss infomercial). It looks like a big toaster oven and has three racks so you can cook meat and veggies (zucchini chips, anyone).
I got an Instpot last Christmas and I used it till it started to burn everything I cooked.
I bought a new one & I love it.
This year I got an air nail gun and that to me better than a food related item because when the Insapot is doing its magic, I'm outside burning calories.
So both are great to help our wonderful "Tool" work for us!
I just take any meat, spray with butter or olive oil spray, season and cook. It all comes out delicious.
