Good Morning! Karen, please stay hydrated!! Another warm day here but luckily I will be indoors all day, even if it's on conference calls.

Accountability: I had almond butter granola cups in the evening.

TSS: 4 years 10 months

B: SF latte, Eggbeaters, turkey sausage links and 1/2 an orange

L: Albacore lettuce wraps and baby carrots

S: Iced latte bar, 2 real good food jalapeño cheese poppers, and carbmaster cottage cheese

D: GrIlled chicken, spiraled carrots with roasted garlic Parmesan sauce, small salad, sliced fruit, and 2 squares dark chocolate

ES: Low carb pita with butter and SF jam, Homemade Greek yogurt with SF syrup and ¼ cup fiber cereal

E: An hour stair climber and 40 mins of elliptical

V/W: On track

Totals: Cals:1389 Protein:135 Carbs:106 Fat:53

Feeling so gross. Just feeling off. My stomach is all gross. I?m in a grumpy mood and I feel like i?m failing already. I know a lot of this is mental and i?m fighting through it but today is hard for me. Feeling alone.

qotd: my pcp brought it up but I had begun research before and had pretty much decided. 5 shots of insulin a day and 4 metformin a day. I was tired and fatigued.

m1:protein shake

m2:hard boiled egg w/1tsp light mayo, creamer sf w/decaf coffee

m3:protein shake

m4:egg

m5:not sure...had to change this up a wee bit. Maybe egg whites scrambled

m6: yogurt protein shake "ice cream"

hopefully i?ll Feel up to exercise this evening.

Hang in there! You're less than a month out so the anesthesia/hormones/fatigue are probably messing with you! It will get better!
