Ooh, I can't wait to see what style you picked! I love the Helen Mirren look, but my experience with bangs is that they look great, but the upkeep is insane! I can't get them professionally trimmed every week, but if I don't, I start to look homeless and unkempt. But my hair also grows insanely fast.

The bangs do worry me but I have a Grand Canyon depth wrinkle on my forehead I want to hide, lol. One of the reasons I haven't been able to replace Rachel is I trust her to only "let" me get a cut that I can actually style...and since she knows "style" means wa**** 2 times a week and otherwise just wet and bru**** each day...she's very firm, lol

She recommended against the bangs so it's a bit different than intended but I like the length. We'll see how it looks when I do it, lol

well before we moved I had a lot of magazines and blessing in disguise probably is that mail forwarding just stops forwarding them after a certain time after you move. so now- no more magazines that I didn't read. I never updated with the magazine people so probably the people that bought the house are enjoying them. I did try texture app for a little while and actually liked it. now I just use the app libby for my audiobooks and that is about it. I did audible and scribd for a while though also. libby is free but you do have to wait sometimes for books to be available.

I feel like I ate well and scale will not cooperate with me. I'm at 1200 calories which I should be losing with.

Had to run errands during lunch yesterday to pay all this house stuff now. taking DH to look at the house tomm (he has never seen it in person) so that is nerve wracking. I hope to god he likes it.

Food plan today:

coffe

water

more coffee

protein pancakes with peanut butter syrup

spinach/kale cooked mix - maybe with some eggs?

not sure what else- I have

Good morning JB and menu folks, drive by for me today. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend. We have a busy weekend lined up will end with a visit with my folks on Sunday. I try to see them every couple of weeks and they live close to Costco and trader joes so that is a bonus as well.

Accountability - spot on , have had a good week. Protein forward, drinking 96+ oz of water.

QOTD - Time, Food and Wine, Travel and Leisure and Mens Health, I use airline points for the magazines.

B - egg salad

s- ham roll up

L - chicken spinach mushroom low carb oven bake ( was amazing)

S - cukes and dip

D - grilled shrimp and asparagus

E - 2 mile run

Stay healthy my friends.

Happy Friday! It's been a long week...

*I will confess fully that I ate a McDonalds cheeseburger that was completely unplanned for yesterday. That put me at 1100 calories which I wasn't happy with, but keep swimming.

B- 2 boiled eggs, 1 oz mozzarella

L- ground beef, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, salsa, shredded cheese

D- 2 steak street tacos
