OMG Julia! Dying laughing here! The other night while out with some Mexican coworkers, an American told a dirty Kermit/Miss Piggy joke. I could tell they didn?t truly understand so in Spanish I asked if they knew Kermit. And explained about him. They said, ?Oh, Rene!!!? Wtf?! Apparently in Mexico he is ?La Rana Rene?!!! Rana means frog and giving him the name ?Rene? (complete with a rolled R?) works for them!!! We were dying laughing!!!

I?m traveling all day - Monterrey to Houston to dc, so eats are up in the air. I?ve had 2 lattes so far.

Have a great day and weekend! I can?t wait to get home and sleep in my own bed!

edited for QOTD: thanks to random airline miles, I get People, Us Weekly, And Food Network Magazine. I get Food and Wine but no idea how or why! I love my trashy magazines for days like today when I am sitting on planes!

Apparently the taco gods decided that I should have a shake instead of a taco, as they were only accepting cash at Bill Miller's this morning...womp womp.

That being said...

B - 30g protein shake (Atkins)

L - Veggie un-wich Jimmy Johns

D - Spaghetti with sauce, salad

Snacks - Probably another shake to get that protein in

I too love pumpkin spice but not in spam thank you very much! Quick post for accountability today. Accountability was spot on food and stepwise yesterday and weight is 122today. QOTD no magazines come to my mailbox. Here's the food plan for the day B 2/3c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz deli chicken and cheese D 4 oz grilled chicken with salsa S if needed 1/2 c blueberries.
