I always get freaked out about surgery. I gave my plastic surgeon a copy of my Health Care Power of Attorney and told him I wanted to be revived if something happened to me on the operating table. He said, incredulously I might add, that "nothing's going to happen!". Well, probably true - but still.... (and in my case, it WAS true - I pulled through just fine and am still here!)
