What's on your Monday Menu, RNYers?

Hi JB and all,
Late check-in for me. I woke up (inexplicably) at 4:30 and had to get up at 5:55 because last minute last night, Kris' ex asked if we could take the kids to school and we had to leave the house at 6:40 so I had to get some sleepy people up and out the door with breakfast in the car. I am exhausted. We set up our brand new king bed on Saturday and I went to bed and it was GLORIOUS! So much space! Until I got the poke in the arm at 4 am..."my stomach hurts" and that was the end of that. So I am a few nights in of little sleep. My current mood is debating to go to Body Pump tonight or not...
I did get to Costco yesterday for lots of great protein, hence my super fancy breakfast and dinner! I picked up King Crab, a rotisserie chicken, Sabatino's mozzarella chicken sausage, tilapia and salmon! Plus a new find - Folio's cheese wraps.
QOTD: I more often rate things on a 1-5 star basis but don't write an extensive review. When I receive exceptional experience from a person in the service industry, I actually tell the company/manager - I will ask to talk to the manager on our way out of a restaurant or I will go to the hotel website, for example, and write in. I like to think people will get recognized.
B: 3 oz king crab with mashed avocado, after a massive iced coffee
L: Folio cheese wrap with rotisserie chicken rolled inside, and dijon mustard
D: Same as breakfast!
E: Mayyyyyyyybe Body Pump, maybe reading on the couch...

Some evenings reading on the couch needs to be a priority!

Influenza B has entered our house. We had my in-law's were here for the weekend, so I feel bad because they were exposed too. I took Kid #1 in to be tested yesterday and after she came out positive they gave Tamiflu to all of us. But, Kid #2 fell to it this morning and I currently have a 99.4 temp and a foggy feeling brain. I'm hoping my body is just fighting like hell with the help of the anti-viral.
Kid #1 was at her boyfriend's house on Friday which was the day she started with it so he got diagnosed yesterday as well and the other 5 people in HIS house went on Tamiflu. We knew it was only a matter of time as Kid #1's friends have been dropping like flies.
QOTD: I really only leave really positive or really negative reviews. Similar to you, Julia, I left a really terrible review for the management company of the apartment we moved out of and I've had a lot of "likes" on it. They actually contacted me to "mediate the situation" and asked me to take it down, but they didn't resolve pretty much anything I had complained about - so no.
My Food:
- English Muffin Bread w/ PB (Both kids were miserable and I just couldn't bring myself to cook something)
- Jerky, Cheese, Cucumber
- TBD, but it will probably be something quick like eggs unless the kids feel up to eating.

QOTD- I've done a few reviews on Amazon, usually when I'm not happy. I've also done a few on Google, one for the place my BFF works and won a pair of sunglasses for my roommate. The other was La Z boy, due to a chair I bought that gave me contact dermatitis right after WLS. I bought it for my recovery and found out most of their fabrics come from China and are treated with a substance that was banned long ago by the EU and is known to cause problems. It was so awful trying to recover from surgery...but it turned out OK I bought 2 chairs at a local store that cost me less than the one at La Z boy (they did return my money but not the delivery charge, which is one of the reasons I gave such a bad review) I still have the pictures of my back, the chair smelled really bad as well and I placed a towel over it and still got the contact dermatitis. They are definitely still on my don't waste your money or time list. They told me the smell would eventually go away....
OK sorry for the rant.
I had another good night of sleep, I still wake up but I can usually fall back asleep fairly easily.
Have a great day everyone!

Yesterday was beautiful, today is rainy. I worked in the garage yesterday rearranging things. In the afternoon, I was able to work on my quilt.
Last night's dinner was roast beef. After a few bites, I got that feeling in the middle of my chest. I just can't eat beef other than ground. I thought I was chewing it enough but maybe not.
Went grocery shopping this morning. I had my list made but so many items were no longer on sale. There's the ad for 7 days, one for a day, one for 3 days....ugh.. Wish they would keep everything on sale for the whole week.
Eats today:
Premier protein
Click shake
Potstickers, 1/4 cup fried rice
Dietz meat bites
SF chocolate pudding
