Good morning and happy Tuesday everyone!

JB- I vote take a sick day!

I had a great 3 day weekend with my hubby. I didn't leave my house once. We did some yardwork and built the first fire of the season. I may go get the mail today. It's dumping rain though and there is road construction. So, maybe getting the mail will be my highlight of the day for tomorrow!

QOTD- I don't remember any commercial that is overly annoying. We haven't had cable for years, but I would have to say anything political. I have also deleted my social media. I didn't realize how much it was affecting me.

Food plan for today-

2 eggs and 1/2 c. cottage cheese

Albacore tuna with onion, pickle, mayo, pickled asparagus

chicken with peppers and onions

boiled egg or chomps

I'm glad you are feeling better but you are selling the house? Such a great place! Where are thinking of moving to?

I am in Cape May NJ and will go out to walk on the beach and check out the Victorian homes shortly. I already feel like I would love to come back during the summer and stay in a B and B. We couldn't this time as none of them take dogs. Mike is such a sweetheart - he made coffee and took the dog out first thing this morning. Both are usually my jobs!

QOTD: I hate one of the Boston based insurance company commercials because I think they are dumb. Might be because I had an "association" with that company for 40 years...

TSS: 4 years, 6 months

B: Coffee!!! Eggs and cottage cheese

L: out somewhere

D: out somewhere - probably fish

S: Almonds or/or nut thins and cottage cheese (if not used for lunch)

I used to hang out at the Jersey Shore in the summers growing up and Cape may was one of the nicer towns. We liked Ocean city also but I love all the quant B&B's we would stay in.

Looks like I will be spending a few months in Bay Head, on the Jersey shore. I grew up in Chatham, NJ. I miss it.

It's Grim's triple decker that we are selling! He renovated it so perfectly :) See here for the listing-- and please share with anyone you know who might be interested!

Good morning...I guess. Argh....long day yesterday. A quick post for me before I head to the hospital for my mom.

Yesterday my mom thought she was having a stroke. So we went to the er and they think it might of been a TIA. They did a CT scan and they're going to do a echo cardiogram and a MRI sometime today. Mind you she has no insurance. So we are going to try and get her help from the same district clinic I go to. I'm so sick with worry about her. I've been trying to get her to eat better things. She is smaller than me but her blood pressure was 207/102 yesterday. I'm just sick to my stomach.

so if you feel inclined please send some positiveness my mom's way. Thanks!
